100% Pinot Meunier, from 35-year-old vines on average, grown biodynamically and planted on clay and limestone terroirs in the Marne Valley and Massif de St Thierry. Harvested by hand. Aged for almost three years on laths, this is a zero dosage brut Champagne, disgorged on the 3rd of October 2022.
