100% Cabernet Franc from very old vines, over 100 years old, grown biodynamically and planted in the Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil sector, on plots with sandy-gravelly soils. Manual harvesting with sorting of the berries, crushing, soft maceration, pressing, three years of aging in oak barrels, with 10% of new oak. Bottled at the estate, not fined, not filtered, without added sulfites.
