Michèle’s son, Maxime-François Laurent, has set up a small structure to buy grapes from local vignerons who farm their vines organically. Blend: 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Cinsault, from young 15- to 30-year old vines planted in the communes of Montbrison sur Lez and Valréas. Clay and limestone soils. Neither fined nor filtered, and zero added sulphur.
