An extraordinary nose, with notes of blood orange, raspberry and pepper. You’d think this was a complex Pineau d'Aunis! Palate: this is a serious and structured juice, smooth and velvety, with delicate tannins. Lovely wine for gastronomy.

A 100% Cabernet Franc cuvée from 45-year-old vines farmed organically and planted on a terroir of Jurassic-era flinty clay. Manual harvest, yield around 30 hl/ha. Natural vinification, without inputs: destemming, one week of maceration, and two years of maturation in concrete eggs. Unfined, unfilteredn and only a micro-dose of sulphur at bottling.
