70% Grenache Noir, 16% Mourvèdre, 8% Syrah, 4% Cinsault and 2% Clairette. The vines are between 35 and 100 years old. From a vineyard located in the northern reaches of the appellation, boasting great geological diversity: red and yellow clays, silt, pebbles, fine sand... Viticulture: hand tilling of soil, grass covers between rows to limit vine vigour, no chemicals. Vinification: use of gravity, simple and natural. The different fermentations are by individual grape variety, with cap-punching. Maturation: 18 months, 80% in vats on fine lees and 20% in barrels (1/3 new oak).

An estate built from the ground up, 8.5 hectares located in the commune of Orange, in the northern part of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation.
