Rhône Valley

L'Emouvante - 2021 - Michèle Aubéry

Domaine Gramenon

A cuvée made from old Syrah vines farmed biodynamically and planted at 350 metres altitude on the Gramenon plateau, in the commune of Montbrison sur Lez. Siliceous sandstone soils. The grapes are harvested by hand, with sorting in the vineyard, and yields of 25 hl/ha. Vinification: prolonged maceration, gentle pressing, and one year of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. Neither fined nor filtered, and zero added sulfites.
