A cuvée made from old Syrah vines farmed biodynamically and planted at 350 metres altitude on the Gramenon plateau, in the commune of Montbrison sur Lez. Siliceous sandstone soils. Vinification: prolonged maceration, gentle pressing, and one year of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. Neither fined nor filtered, and zero added sulfites.
