Black Pinot is a re-release of one of Yann’s first cuvées from 2010... A 100% Pinot Noir from 40-year-old vines grown organically and planted at an altitude of 400 meters on clay-limestone soils. The parcel is facing South. Natural vilification and aging in vats for 10 months. Unfined, unfiltered, zero sulfites added.
