70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from vines planted on clay-limestone soils rich in chalk, in the Grand Cru village of Ambonnay, located in the southeastern part of the Montagne de Reims. Manual harvest in 15 kg crates, pressing in an automatic inclined-plate press, vinification in enamel and stainless steel tanks, 8 months of aging on fine lees, bottling, then aging on lees in bottle until disgorgment on the 25th of February 2025. Dosage: 2 to 3 grams per liter. A cuvée made up of 59% from the 2018 harvest and 41% reserve wines from 2014 to 2017.

Thibaut Brémont
Thibaut Brémont, 58 years old, is the son of Bernard Brémont and has been running Champagne Bernard Brémont since 2012, following his father’s retirement. Founded in 1965 by Michèle and Bernard Brémont, this is a young but resolutely family-run House.
