A Brut Réserve composed primarily of wine from the 2016 vintage. A blend of 40% Pinot Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, from the Hautvillers, Verneuil, Montgueux, Avenay and Cramant crus. Vinified and matured in barrels. A cuvée disgorged in August 2020 with a dosage of 4 g/l. The estate is farmed organically and biodynamically, certified by ECOCERT and DEMETER. No chemical fertilisers, no herbicides, etc.... and the wines are vegan!
