100% Chardonnay from old vines grown organically, planted at the top of the combe, on limestone soils as the name of this Climat suggests. Harvesting is done by hand and the vinification is natural, aged for about a year in egg-shaped concrete vats. Bottled on the estate without fining or filtration, without added sulfites.
