Pinot Noir from old vines cultivated biodynamically and planted on the Clos de l'Arlot vineyard site, a Monopole covering 2 ha on marl soils. Hand-harvested from September 6th to 12th. In the cellar: total destemming, 5 days of cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by 18 days of fermentation with indigenous yeasts with daily pump-overs. Pressing, 15 months of aging in barrels (40% new oak), then 1.5 months in tank before bottling on February 14th, 2025.
