A négociant cuvée of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Aligoté, from vines grown organically and planted in the Mancey vineyards in Southern Burgundy’s Mâconnais region. Harvested by hand using small crates. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maturation for 12 months, 50% in old barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks. Bottled on the 16th of October 2023 without filtration or fining, and without added sulphur.
