Pinot Noir from vines cultivated biodynamically and planted on an exceptional vineyard site between Romanée Saint Vivant, les Echezeaux and Richebourg. The grapes were harvested by hand from September 6th to 12th. In the cellar: total destemming, 15 days of spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks with daily pump-overs. Pressing, 15 months of aging in barrels (40% new oak), followed by 1.5 months in tank before bottling on February 13th, 2025.
