An Extra Brut, Premier Cru Champagne, harvested in 2015. A blend of 70% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier and 15% Chardonnay, from the Premier Cru vineyard sites Verzenay, Villers Allerand and Bisseuil. Vinified and matured in barrels. A cuvée disgorged in June 2022 with a dosage of 3 g/l. The estate is farmed organically and biodynamically, certified by ECOCERT and DEMETER. No chemical fertilisers, no herbicides, etc... and the wines are vegan!
