A very fine Pinot Noir, and probably the greatest wine produced by Yann, perfectly balanced. A cuvée that’s less seductive than GC but more refined – a luscious juice, smooth and fruity, with a complex aromatic palette.
"Jeannot" is a cuvée made in memory of Yann's grandfather. It is a 100% Pinot Noir made from the selection of the finest bunches from this truly emblematic parcel, even if we can't talk about it since it's a Vin de France. Viness grown organically and harvested by hand. Natural vinification, in whole bunches, wine aged for 24 months in barrels, with a part of new oak. Bottled without fining or filtration, without added sulphites.

The vigneron is a wunderkind with an impeccable résumé, including 10 years at Prieuré-Roch as vineyard manager.
