Jeannot - 2021 - Recrue des Sens
Yann Durieux
A very fine Pinot Noir, and the greatest wine produced by Yann in the exceptional 2019 vintage, perfectly balanced. A cuvée that’s less seductive than GC but more refined – a luscious juice, smooth and fruity, with a complex aromatic palette.

"Jeannot" is a cuvée made in memory of Yann's grandfather, who was also a winegrower, and one of the pioneers of Les Dames Huguettes. It is therefore a 100% Pinot Noir made from the selection of the finest bunches from this truly emblematic parcel of Les Dames Huguettes. Viness grown organically and harvested by hand. Natural vinification, in whole bunches, wine aged for 24 months in barrels, with a part of new oak. Bottled without fining or filtration, without added sulphites.
